The four sublime truths (also known as the four ‘noble’ truths) are the core of the Buddha’s teaching. Although an intellectual understanding of these truths is a good starting point for a practitioner, true insight comes from their direct intuition in practice.
During this introductory session with Ajahn Abhinando, we will explore the subtleties of this teaching and its direct application in meditative practice.
